winter school
The SEVERE Winter School was hosted for 3 days in Montpellier Business School in April 2022 and included 9 project groups of students from each partner institution.
The SEVERE Winter School was an opportunity for the nine groups of students to come together and present their achievements over the first six months. During these 3 days, students could finally meet in person and share the videos of the self-assessment journey of their projects with other groups, summing up their progress, where they currently are at. They could also attend a variety of workshops and mentoring sessions, where they could get very insightful feedbacks from partners and social entrepreneurs, as well as elaborating a plan on their projects’ next steps for the next couple of months.

Students have now:
· the feedback they need to adjust and improve their projects’ strategies and ideas;
· the right tools and tactics to prepare and visualise their next steps and effectively progress in their projects
· strengthened their mindset and increased their motivation to working on effectively Pitching their ideas as main objective for the next step in their training, the Road to Florence.
